2025 RMPC Risk Mitigation Activities
The Risk Management Premium Credit (RMPC) program focuses on high-risk areas and mitigation gaps identified in United Educators’ (UE’s) claims and risk management expertise.
Please select one risk mitigation activity to complete from one of the categories listed below.
If you carry an educators legal liability (ELL) policy, you may choose one activity from the ELL topics below. If you carry a general liability (GL) policy, you may choose one activity from the GL topics below. If you carry both policies with UE, you may choose one activity from either topic below.
Members can access the RMPC program through My UE. Sign into My UE, then visit the RMPC tab to select your risk mitigation activity, track progress and deadlines, and let us know you’ve completed the program.

Educators Legal Liability (ELL) Topics
Activity Option 1
Train employees on one of the following:
- Conducting investigations for instances of alleged sexual harassment or Title IX violations
- Conducting hearings for instances of alleged sexual harassment or Title IX violations
- Their obligations under your Title IX reporting
