Terms of Use
Thank you for visiting the United Educators (UE) website. We have adopted the following terms of use to protect the intellectual property on the site.
The UE website is a free service of United Educators Insurance, a Reciprocal Risk Retention Group. Anyone can visit it, but certain content is restricted to our members and brokers servicing our members. Qualified member institutions must currently have a core liability insurance product (general liability or educators legal liability) in force with UE. Schools that are part of a purchasing group or consortium may not have access to all features offered through the website.
The material is presented for informational purposes only and shouldn’t be considered legal advice or used as such. UE members should consult their own legal counsel for legal advice.
UE expressly acknowledges that the site may contain content provided by other UE members or other organizations and individuals and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of or liability for such content.

Content on the UE website is protected by various forms of proprietary rights. All content on the site is owned by UE or other parties, who are identified as owners, when appropriate, and have granted UE the use of their content. The content may not be reused, reprinted, or republished without written permission from UE.
UE may occasionally update the Terms of Use. We encourage you to periodically review this information.
