Lindsay Bond
Executive Director, Higher Education Protection Network (HEPNet)
Lindsay is the Executive Director of HEPNet. She is also the Director of Client Success for Praesidium. Lindsay spent many years as an aquatics director, a national leader in adapted recreational sports, a camp director, and much more in youth programming. Most recently, she was adjunct faculty at The Ohio State University (OSU) and worked in Business Operations at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Prior to business operations, Lindsay wrote and implemented Ohio State’s youth protection policy. Lindsay earned her BA, M.Ed, and MA degrees from The Ohio State University.

Senior Risk Management Counsel
In her role on UE’s Risk Research team, Melanie dives into timely topics affecting education. Her areas of expertise include protecting minors, enterprise risk management (ERM), technology accessibility, and athletics. Prior to joining UE, she interned at the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights. Melanie serves on the Higher Education Protection Network’s (HEPNet’s) Board of Directors.
