Yes. Members signed into My UE can preview courses through the course catalog. This helps them evaluate training for their institution. Note: Previewing a course does not count as a course completion.
UE members can access online training at no additional cost. This includes unlimited access to the full course catalog, with no restrictions on the number of courses or learners. Members can train anyone associated with their institution, including staff, students, volunteers, and community members.
The UE Learning Portal offers training administrators (TAs) several methods for creating accounts.
Self-Registration: Learners create their own accounts using a link provided by the TA and a branch code. This is ideal for volunteers, contractors, and new hires.
Bulk Upload: A file of learners is uploaded by the TA or UE team upon request. This is best for static populations like students and employees.
Manual Creation: TAs manually create accounts for individual learners or small groups who need assistance.
Automated User Transfer: UE configures this automated system process using Secure File Transfer Process (SFTP). It’s best for frequently changing populations and for supporting single sign-on (SSO) setups.
Yes. We offer self-hosting to members at no additional cost. To learn more, email launch@ue.org.

All training initiatives are eligible for self-hosting courses on your LMS or configuration of daily automated user imports and enrollment automations.
