About This Collection

We developed this course collection to help institutions meet training obligations under Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). It’s designed to complement other prevention efforts at your institution.

Courses in this collection address the 2024 Title IX regulations, which took effect Aug. 1, 2024 (the planned release for the student Title IX course is early fall). Due to the varied legal landscape, UE can’t advise whether your institution should comply with this version or the 2020 regulations. Consult with expert legal counsel in your jurisdiction to make this determination.
