Hoda Hussein
Senior Risk Management Consultant
Hoda works directly with UE’s K-12 and higher education members. She collaborates on immediate and long-term strategies to reduce accidents and build preventative programs. She also consults with various stakeholders on campus to promote campus-wide education and implementation of risk management initiatives. Prior to working for UE, Hoda was a biomedical researcher for Georgetown University’s Medical Center. There, she conducted stem cell research for bone marrow transplant patients and donors.

Beth Kidwell
Risk Management Consultant
Beth advises UE members as they develop risk mitigation tactics, prioritize risk management goals, and launch or refresh enterprise risk management (ERM) initiatives. Prior to joining UE, Beth worked nearly nine years at Otterbein University — including more than seven years as its Director of Risk Management.

Justin Kollinger
Senior Risk Management Consultant
Justin advises UE members as they develop risk mitigation tactics, prioritize risk management goals, and launch or refresh enterprise risk management (ERM) initiatives. He leads the Risk Management Premium Credit (RMPC) program and co-authored Risk Management: An Accountability Guide for University and College Boards. Prior to joining UE, Justin consulted with community college presidents and K-12 heads of school on strategic revenue challenges and worked in admissions at two private colleges in the Mid-Atlantic.
