Checklist: Title IX Supportive Measures, Remedies, and Sanctions — After the Regulations

Higher education institutions and K-12 schools that receive federal funding and are subject to Title IX, upon receiving a report of sexual harassment, are obligated to equally support the complainant and the respondent throughout the investigative and adjudicatory processes.
