The 2020 Title IX Regulations: A Refresher
About This Webinar
On Jan. 9, 2025, a federal district court in Kentucky issued a ruling declaring the 2024 Title IX regulations invalid. The judge vacated the regulations, which ceased applying nationwide. The presumption is that many institutions subject to the nullified 2024 regulations will revert to the 2020 Title IX regulations as the operative regulations. For those institutions this means changing policies, practices, and procedures mid-academic year.
In this webinar, Title IX expert Jody Shipper of Grand River Solutions gives a “refresher” on the highlights of the 2020 regulations you need to keep in mind when your institution makes changes to align.
