Title IX and VAWA-Campus SaVE Act Resource Collection

In January 2025, a federal judge struck down and invalidated the 2024 Title IX regulations nationwide. As a result, we are in the process of removing resources on those regulations. Materials relating to the 2020 regulations for higher ed institutions and K-12 schools subject to Title IX are available here. We will monitor developments and update these resources if necessary. If you have questions about your institution’s compliance obligations, please consult your legal counsel.
