United Educators Wins Washington Post Top Workplaces Award
Bethesda, Md., June 21, 2024 — United Educators (UE) has been named one of the Washington D.C. region’s top workplaces.
Winners of The Washington Post Top Workplaces award were selected based on employee feedback through Energage’s employee engagement survey.
“Our staff are crucial to our success,” said Rick Mills, UE President and CEO. “This honor reflects our commitment to fostering an outstanding workplace culture and our employees’ commitment to serving education.”
The confidential survey measures the employee experience and themes including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute. UE staff described their experience as collaborative, inclusive, diverse, supportive, and mission-driven.
“In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
Through Energage, UE recently received 2024 Top Workplaces USA award and Top Workplace recognitions in the financial services industry, and for great compensation and benefits.
