United Educators Wins Three International E-Learning Awards
Bethesda, Md., Oct. 10, 2024 — United Educators’ (UE’s) online courses won 2024 International E-Learning gold, silver, and bronze awards for E-Learning Experience. The winning courses included:
Athlete Well-Being: A Guide to Recognizing and Preventing Emotional Abuse helps learners identify the various forms of emotional abuse in coaching, understand impacts of mistreatment, and foster a supportive environment.
Silver: Stand Up Against Bullying: Recognize and Respond examines the impact of bullying and cyberbullying at K-12 schools and details how to best respond when incidents occur.
Bronze: Strategies for Reducing Alcohol-Related Harm helps students identify serving sizes, use protective behavioral strategies for drinking, and examine the immediate effects alcohol has on their bodies.
The International E-Learning Association seeks to advance e-learning at K-12 schools, colleges, and universities. It recognized UE in September 2024 during the International Conference on Interactive Collaborative Learning.
“Engaging students and staff on real-life risks can help build safer campus communities,” said Sarah Braughler, UE’s Vice President of Risk Management.
